The Art of Living Foundation offers courses for adults and kids to manage the mind and emotions, have a focused mind and dynamic, balanced life.  Courses include the Art of Living Course, the Art of Meditation Course and many more.  The International Association for Human Values is our sister organization through which we do a lot of service work around the world.  Both organizations are nonprofit international members of the United Nations with special consultative status with the Economic & Social Council.

I have been involved with these two organizations for about 20 years and have thoroughly enjoyed it!!!  My life is very full and happy and I love sharing tools with youth and adults so that they become empowered to take charge of their life and not be a victim of their mind or emotions.  The courses are available in over 150 countries around the world and I enjoy traveling in North and South America to teach, as well as other places!  In the past year, I have traveled to Trinidad, Argentina, Peru, Mexico, Costa Rica and many places in the US.  It is amazing how powerful the breath is and how quickly it can help us come back to our center, so we can deal with whatever's happening from that calm, cool space.
